The first question is usually whether to sell first or buy first. We settle that before you list. Then I line up the dates with your lawyer and mortgage broker, so you aren't carrying two homes longer than you planned.
Keep It or Sell It:
Before you sell your first home, I run the numbers on keeping it as a rental next to what selling it would leave you. Your accountant confirms the tax side. My rule: buy a home worth owning forever, whether you live in it or rent it out.
Buying and Selling:
I price your home from recent sales nearby, and I host my own open houses. Before you buy, I read the inspection report with you, and the strata documents when there are any. Do Bae Real Estate works in English or Korean.
